Title: Silicone hair bobble = rubberband substitute
Post by Drizzle on 04.10.11 at 15:22:05

Hi All

Just to say I found silicone hair bobbles in Superdrug at the weekend
I have all sorts of clips but sometimes only a bobble will do...

Unfortunately I seem to have been over efficient and recycled the packaging and receipt so I can't tell you the price or precise product name. The Superdrug website is unavailable to me at the mo but I'll post a link if I can find them online.

They come in a packet of 50 (!) as they are not anywhere as strong as your conventional elastic bobble. However I have a lot of long hair and they seem quite strong enough to me.

Cheers, Drizzle

Ps

I have started to use a few where a might have used a rubber band in the past as I have so many. I am not aware of anywhere on the high street selling latex free rubber bands although I have seen them online. This seems a handy alternative.

Iincidentally  I saw Babyliss had properly labelled theirs as NRL
