Interesting website, apparently sweet potato isn't a nightshade it's part of the morning glory family along with yam and jicama - not sure I would recognize either of these let alone work out how to cook them Huh

Gosh how interesting. My big problem is avocado which it says is from the laurel family. It also lists Bay Leaves, Camphor, Cinnamon, Laurel, and Sassafras as laurels. Now I just have to find out what sassafras is!

Hi Drizzle, Paula has a very bad reaction to avocado but we occasionally have sweet potato baked and that causes no problems at all.
