Should there be latex warning labels ??
30.01.17 at 12:06:26

Something I have thought of several times, whilst trying to find out if things are safe.

Pro
would know when purchasing

Con
Would manufacturers, just put on all info may contain Latex

The Con is the real big issue, would manufacturers save the time and hassle and just label anything and everything as Latex.

I have a sister that is allergic to nuts and her big complaint is some manufacturers just label up food stuff as may contain nuts so your choice becomes very limited.

Back to latex example; I can wear shoe's with rubber soles, provided it's only on the outside. as long as everything on the inside is latex free I'm ok. But a lot of materials are now "Cemented" glued together, this can be an issue. last few work boots I have bought have had a goretex lining stitched together.

I think you are probably right with the Con Adrian.

Have you had problems with the Gortex?
